As a Vistage Chair, Rajiv Khatri is passionate about creating a trusted circle where leaders can step out of isolation and into a community of accountability, counsel, and challenge. Rajiv brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial and advisory experience, having built, scaled, and sold multiple 7- and 8- figure businesses across industries. As Managing Partner of Sailfish Equity Advisors, he helps owners navigate complex transitions—whether scaling for growth, preparing for acquisition, or unlocking higher valuation. His background as an M&A advisor, growth strategist, and global keynote speaker equips him to guide CEOs through both the financial and human sides of leadership.
