BACKGROUND
Brian’s career started as a Nuclear Test Engineer for the U.S. Navy in 1988 where he supervised the replacement and testing of the two nuclear reactors that powered a United States Navy cruiser. He then went on to Strategic planning and leadership development for companies such as Bellsouth, General Electric among others. Brian also started a Consulting Company in Belgium where he helped leaders around the world solve problems that kept them awake at night. (does that sound familiar?)
Brian designed and implemented KPI/OKR dashboards that enabled the leaders to use data to guide their decisions and monitor organizational performance. He founded and led a software company that helped leaders in over 30 countries use data to identify strategic levers and measure the impact of key initiatives. Most recently, Brian was at Kolabora in Florida where he was Managing Director of Leadership Development.
