BACKGROUND

Dave started out in investment banking following his undergraduate and graduate (MBA) education at Columbia University. During his years with EF Hutton, he originated many capital financings throughout the United States including several large project financings in the State of Florida. In 1989 he founded a fixed income information Internet services company whose market reach quickly spread internationally. After Reuters acquired the company in 2002, Dave turned his attention to outdoor recreation and serving on non-profit boards. Looking for a way to share his CEO experience and financial expertise in the private sector, Dave discovered Vistage in 2010. Since then, Dave has chaired three Vistage CE groups and coached more than 50 members with combined revenues approaching $2 billion.
