Florida’s top leaders don’t go it alone
Vistage Florida is the world’s leading business advisory and executive coaching organization built for CEOs, business owners, and key executives who refuse to settle for the results they can achieve alone.
Dedicated to enhancing the lives and sharpening the effectiveness of CEOs, business owners, and key executives.
Over 67 years, we have built the most comprehensive suite of services, resources, and world-class experts to help executives:
- Refine their instincts
- Sharpen their judgment
- Expand their perspectives
As a result, our 45,000 members across 40 countries gain better insights, make better decisions, become more effective leaders, and achieve better results.

Our story
67+ years of one idea that keeps working.
In 1957, businessman Bob Nourse gathered Milwaukee-area executives to share their collective knowledge and experiences to help each other generate better results for their businesses. He made sure members were from non-competing industries and kept their conversations confidential. When the group hit the edge of their collective knowledge, he brought in outside experts. It worked. Members made better decisions, outpaced their competition, and kept coming back.
That table is now 45,000 strong across 35 countries.
Our core platform has withstood every market shift for nearly seven decades. Before any change, one question still guides us: are we staying true to Bob Nourse’s original vision? To help high-integrity leaders make great decisions that benefit their companies, families, and communities.

The Vistage model works:
Vistage member companies grew 2.2 times faster than average small and medium-sized U.S. businesses, according to a 2017 analysis of Dun & Bradstreet data.
