BACKGROUND

Paul is a seasoned leader with more than 35 years of experience across military service and business leadership. He currently serves as a Vistage Chair and as an independent contractor through ISI Empowerment LLC, where he focuses on helping leaders grow and create meaningful, sustainable opportunities through business ownership and franchising.

Previously, Paul was the CEO and owner of VetCor LLC, a restoration company he founded in 2013, and Team VetCor LLC, which expanded opportunities for veterans and their families. Under his leadership, VetCor earned multiple recognitions, including U.S. Chamber of Commerce Veteran Owned Business of the Year runner-up and Tampa Bay Business Journal Fast 50.

Paul retired after 23 years of active duty in the U.S. Army, including four combat tours in Iraq and multiple international deployments. He holds a degree in civil engineering from West Point, a master’s degree from the University of Washington, and is a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Franchise Executive.
