Topic: A Deep Dive into Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation for your Business

As a seasoned leader with 25 years of experience in various executive, founding, and board member roles, I have a diverse background in real estate, growing and operating companies, AI, and automation. Having the opportunity to be a founder and CEO seven times has helped me appreciate the complexity of so many interconnected pieces and stakeholders.
Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to lifelong learning and have gained a deep understanding of AI and automation technologies, including machine learning, machine vision, robotic process automation, and large language models (like ChatGPT). As one of the Managing Partners of Cast Services, we’ve helped numerous businesses across different industries unlock efficiencies and prepare for the next 2-10 years of growth and changes.
I'm an INTJ/DC who finds tremendous value in understanding our drivers and where each of us is the happiest. I use this insight to effectively implement aggressive improvements in stated objectives. I'm a firm believer in fast action, quick meetings, great relationships, and doing business by a handshake (followed by attorneys' fees, of course) 🙂 We should be held accountable and have transparency into most things, allowing for a more nimble pace of business.
