BACKGROUND

Carolina is fluent in Spanish and English and holds qualifications in Sales, Sales Management, Lean Sigma, Performance Leadership (eCornell) and Personal Coaching. She has an MBA in Management and BSc in Psychology and Business from Nova Southeastern University and is currently pursuing executive coaching credentialing through the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute. Carolina brings a strong background in strategy development, business development, execution, accountability, customer centricity and excellent relationship skills.
