BACKGROUND

Damon has over 25 years of product development, business management and sales and marketing experience with GE Plastics. He launched NPI (New Path International) in 2000 as an end-to-end product development company with expertise in design, engineering and global manufacturing. As markets changed he added onshore and offshore manufacturing solutions, manufacturing consulting and Chinese market entry for bio-medical products and technologies. Damon sold NPI in 2013. Damon had the great fortune to have been recognized by Ernst and Young, Ohio’s Fast Fifty, the U.S. Army and numerous publications for his leadership, contributions and entrepreneurship. His education includes BS, Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington. MBA Indiana University School of Business Bloomington.
