BACKGROUND

Glenn Eckard began his career in sales and sales management at two national print and publishing companies. In 2001 he co-founded his first company – a B2B publishing company offering specialized content for Sales, Sales Management, Human Resources, and Employee Safety. The company was recapitalized and launched as an eLearning company in 2008. Glenn sold his interest in the company in 2015 and joined a company in the Human Capital Services industry as head of sales, marketing, and general business development. In 2017 Glenn become a partner and officer at tech start-up JourneyDXP, a digital sales transformation company providing digital customer engagement solutions as an add-on to the Salesforce CRM.

Previously residing in the Philadelphia area with his wife and two sons, Glenn was a Vistage member for many years. With his sons now graduated from college and his divestiture of JourneyDXP, Glenn has decided to relocate to Central Florida where he will build a Vistage CE group. Glenn credits his Philadelphia-area Vistage group and former Chair for having had a profound impact on a series of critical decisions which ultimately resulted in the opportunity to pursue a career as a Vistage Chair.
