As an award-winning leader, he took a training firm/consultancy from near startup, to serving billion-dollar clients in 33 countries on 4 continents. His experience features mentoring and developing teams to enable them to perform at their best.

Jim has been part of Vistage World Wide as a Speaker, Facilitator and Member, as well as Toastmaster International, and Pacific Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council.

Jim is fluent in English, Spanish, and has a business proficiency in Portuguese.
