Jane has spent over 30 years in both corporate C-suite and entrepreneurial positions. With experience in diverse industries, she has focused on leadership, operational excellence, and human resources management.

Most recently, Jane served as the Chief Operating Officer of the National 4-H Council, and before that, she was the Worldwide Chief Human Resources Officer at The Gap and Salomon Brothers.
