With a career spanning multiple senior executive roles – including CFO, Executive Vice President, and President – Steve has served organizations ranging from multi-billion dollar international corporations to mid-sized family businesses. As the former president of a strategically focused architectural engineering firm, he led significant growth in both the commercial/industrial practice and a continuous improvement consulting division. Steve’s career has also included founding, expanding, and successfully transitioning various small businesses. Driven by a passion for people, purpose, process, and performance, he has developed and implemented around 100 strategic plans.
