BACKGROUND

Tito is a strategic leader who develops top-performing teams, drives growth and delivers results. He has built several Greenfield startups in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. The last 31 years were spent at Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK) A Global Leader in the Medical Technology Industry.

Tito earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan as well has his MBA in Finance, also from Western Michigan. He completed two Harvard Business Leadership Programs and is involved with several Board of Directors.
