As a business owner for more than two decades, she understands firsthand the challenges leaders face in growing companies, developing people, improving accountability, and creating sustainable businesses. Personally trained and mentored by leadership experts John C. Maxwell and Tony Robbins, Valeria serves as a Faculty Member with Maxwell Leadership and a Trainer with Robbins Research International. She has coached and trained thousands of leaders representing more than 40 nationalities and has worked with organizations including Apple, Nestlé, NASA, DHL, Amerant Bank, Baptist Health, Keller Williams Realty, RE/MAX, and Seaboard Marine.
