BACKGROUND

For over twelve years, Cheryl has served as the Managing Director and CEO of Business Imaging, a leadership and change management firm where she helps clients maximize their human capital. Prior to becoming a business owner and Vistage Chair, Cheryl spent over twenty years gaining experience in the areas of Finance, Marketing, Sales, Consulting and Change and Process management. Her experiences were achieved in several industries including, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals/Biotech, Restaurant, and Consumer Foods. She has served as Course Instructor for Leadership and Organizational Behavior as well as Section Adjunct of Finance and Marketing for an undergraduate distant learning program. In addition, she served as a Business Contributor for a regional, quarterly magazine for professional women. She provides business and leadership development coaching for MWBE owners as well as other business leaders. Cheryl’s educational credentials include: a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Masters of Business Administration, and a certification in Change Management, with a focus on the people side of change. She also is the recipient of multiple sales and leadership awards.
